About

A lifetime at the table.

Two decades of seasonal, intimate cooking for affluent and ultra-high-net-worth families — and a parallel life in interiors, retail, and the decorative arts that shapes every plate, every centerpiece, every room.

Deborah's cooking is shaped by season and place. A morning at the market, a basket of figs from the garden, the day's catch off the dock — these are the small, particular decisions that make a private table feel quietly inevitable.

She has cooked through long summers in the Hamptons, winters in Palm Beach, and yacht seasons threading the South of France, Italy, Sardinia, and the Caribbean. The rhythm of a house — or a boat — comes first; the menu follows.

Warmth, discretion, and an eye trained by years in interiors and the decorative arts inform everything she serves.
